It's interesting...It definitely makes me feel MUCH better. I initially caved into "drugs" after dealing with horrible panic attacks for two years. I tried to stay away from reading reviews because I knew I wouldn't take it then. I have to tell you, I have definitely gained weight, and whether it's from this drug or personal eating habits, I don't know. My depression and anxiety are much better. I haven't gained any weight as with other antidepressants. When I get aggitated or angry at something I can't seem to remain calm. I can't seem to control myself too well in these situations. I'm going to discuss this at my next Dr's Visit.

I had a cold and I head that zicam shortens the length of colds, so I took it and it did help some, but the nasal swaps are really awkward to use.
